This breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up is filled with fiber, protein, healthy fats, antioxidants, vitamin C, cholesterol-lowering properties, and more—plus great taste! It’s the perfect fall treat:
Serves 2
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of your choice
- 1/4 apple, cubed
- 2 TBSP raisins
- 2 TBSP sesame seeds
- 2 TBSP shredded coconut flakes
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 TBSP maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Combine all wet ingredients; let sit for 20 minutes until gels up. Add in toppings and enjoy!
